Really bad service, cake came in wrong colours and smashed and all I got when I emailed this Donna the day I received it was dismissal and arrogance.... She kept referring to herself as a third person ... very strange. She dismissed my emailed query which she labelled a complaint immediately without an investigation. Then when I said ok well I am entitled to a refund she suddenly said I had not made a complaint and forced me to go through the complaint procedure and gave it a new date of 10 days after I made what she labelled a complaint.... she has not answered yet. Not what I would call customer service. She is a bit of a bully I felt but I am not easily bullied. She has loads of bad reviews on Google, wish I had looked there first. I await her reply but she has been nothing but nasty so far and I would imagine that is a personality trait rather than a tantrum sadly so, I don't hold out much hope.read more

Had my delivery today from Ruffles. I am so made up! Brilliant communication, careful packaging, tracked to the hour for delivery. Can it get better?... Absolutely! The dogs were sniffing like mad once I opened the box. Beautiful colours, a proper party with pizza, ice cream, biscuits, donuts and of course, bones! The dogs loved the mini donuts, and the chocolate hearts. Will have to wait til Sunday for the rest haha. Love everything about Ruffles, I really cant fault them. I had birthday stuff for my dogs at the weekend, and again, I have to say Im impressed. Not just for how exquiste the human biscuit replicas look - thats a talent for sure! 🤣 - but also for how good it comes out the other end. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I raw feed my dogs, and usually, with others I have used, what goes in comes out... lets say, a lot easier. 🙈 After 3 days of your baked goodies, their poop is still solid, and Ive not had to alter their meals to deal with this. Took the pug gang pom-bear, Ruby, Lilly, Lexi and Hog-hog we have a lovely time choosing and trying all the homemade fresh treats. The pugs all... enjoyed some refreshing coconut water and we had a tea & coffee. Very friendly staff, truly dog friendly our pugs can be picky and they all liked the treats. Took home a lovely cupcake and bone for our bulldog who also thoroughly enjoyed them. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend a visit xread more
